MANUFACTURER ERROR

In the case of a brand new product/products showing signs of manufacture error, damage or arriving in any condition other than that stated and shown in pictures and/or videos, you can return the item for a full no-questions-asked refund. Contact me within 2 working days of receiving the product/s to start this process. Proof of the error will be required, and decided upon at my discretion.

CHANGE OF MIND

I understand that cymbals need to be played in order to understand the details of their sound and feel. If you decide a cymbal is not to your liking, please contact me to discuss options. I’m happy to offer a 14-day playing-in period after which I will accept returns, with return postage covered by the customer, including any taxes, import fees etc. Refund / store credit will be processed once the original item is received and its as-new condition accepted.

DAMAGE

Damage which appears after the 2-working-day window detailed in the “Manufacturer Error” section above, and within 12 months of receipt of the product/s, will be reviewed to determine where the error originated. Pictures of the damage help to decide whether this falls under manufacturer error or poor technique / abuse etc. will be required. In the case of clear abuse, poor storage, knocks, scrapes or anything deemed to be the responsibility of the customer - return and refund will be refused.
