The Modification Process
The first step, once I receive your cymbal at my workshop, is to make a demo video of how it sounds before any work. This gives a clear reference point.

I'll then begin with a little lathing, hammering, or whatever it is we've decided is needed to bring your cymbal to life. At that point, another demo video, sent to you along with the "As Received" video for comparison.

We'll discuss the changes so far, and you have the opportunity to make comments or offer suggestions to help guide me. We may go back and forth like this a few times, and ultimately arrive at the sound you were looking for.
Only at this stage do I request payment, the cymbal is securely packaged and sent back to you, and hopefully you enjoy a long and musical life together!
