Very high bowed profile and low hand-formed bell, coupled with a pronounced sudden taper in the outer couple of inches, give this cymbal a tight attack and high short wash like a seashell to the ear. As it rests, I expect it to open up the dynamic range. It will never be a sizzly, sparkly kind of cymbal, but has plenty going on across the spectrum. A unique cymbal and one to grow with.
