PRIZE DRAW

Clap Stack Prize Draw — September 2026

Draw terms published: 12 September 2026

Promoter

This prize draw is operated by Dave Collingwood trading as Collingwood Cymbals, Unit 16, Douglas Road Industrial Park, Bristol, BS15 8PD, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to the Collingwood Cymbals Clap Stack Prize Draw — September 2026. By entering the draw, you agree to these terms.

The prize

One winner will receive a newly made Collingwood Cymbals 9"/11"/13" Unhammered Clap Stack.

Images, video and audio used to promote the draw may show a representative Collingwood Clap Stack. Because each instrument is individually made, there may be small variations in appearance and sound.

The prize will be awarded regardless of the number of paid entries received. There is no cash alternative.

Delivery of the prize to the winner within Great Britain is included.

Eligibility

The draw is open to residents of Great Britain — England, Scotland and Wales — aged 18 or over.

The Promoter may ask the winner to provide reasonable evidence of their age, identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are not eligible to enter.

Opening and closing dates

The draw opens on Saturday 12 September 2026.

Paid online entries and free postal entries must be received by 23:59 BST on Sunday 27 September 2026.

The winner will be drawn on Monday 28 September 2026.

Entries received after the applicable closing time will not be included.

Paid online entry

Paid online entries cost £0.99 each and are available through collingwoodcymbals.com.

Entrants may purchase more than one entry. Each entry purchased will be allocated its own unique entry number and entered separately into the draw.

An online entry is valid once payment has been successfully completed and the entry has been recorded by the Promoter.

Free postal entry

No purchase is necessary.

To enter free of charge, send your full name, postal address and email address, together with the words:

Clap Stack Prize Draw — September 2026to:

Collingwood Cymbals
Unit 16
Douglas Road Industrial Park
Bristol
BS15 8PD

Entries may be sent using ordinary First or Second Class post at the normal postal rate.

Each separate postal item constitutes one entry. Multiple postal entries are permitted, but each entry must be submitted separately.

Postal entries must be received by 23:59 BST on Sunday 27 September 2026.

Each valid postal entry will receive its own unique entry number and will be entered into exactly the same draw as paid entries. Paid and postal entries have an equal chance of winning.

Entry numbers

Every valid paid or postal entry will be allocated a unique entry number.

Entry numbers are administrative identifiers only. The method used to enter the draw has no effect on the chance of winning.

Selecting the winner

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday 28 September 2026.

The draw will be carried out using a computer-based random-number process. The draw will be filmed to provide a record of the selection process.

Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, whether it was obtained through the paid online route or the free postal route.

The prize is awarded entirely by chance.

Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or other contact details supplied with their entry.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to comply with these terms, the Promoter may select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Announcing the result

Information showing that a valid prize was awarded will be published or made available after the draw.

This would ordinarily include the winner's surname and county. The winner may object to this information being published, or ask for the amount of information published to be reduced.

Where a winner objects, the Promoter may still provide the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

Any additional photograph, video, testimonial or other promotional use involving the winner will only take place with their agreement.

How long I keep information

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

The period will depend on the type of information and why it is held. For example, information relating to orders, payments and business transactions may need to be retained for the period required by accounting, taxation or other legal obligations.

Enquiry correspondence may be retained where it remains relevant to an ongoing or potential project or customer relationship and deleted when there is no longer a reasonable need to keep it.

Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or it is otherwise no longer appropriate to retain it.

Invalid entries

The Promoter may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted outside the stated entry period or otherwise made in breach of these terms.

Any attempt to interfere with the operation, entry records or fairness of the draw may result in disqualification.

Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with the draw will be used to administer the draw, record and allocate entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Entering the draw does not constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Collingwood Cymbals Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Changes to the draw

The advertised prize will not be reduced, the closing date will not be extended and the draw will not be cancelled merely because fewer paid entries than expected are received.

If exceptional circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make a material change unavoidable, entrants will be informed as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible.

Questions and complaints

Questions or complaints about the draw can be sent to dave@collingwoodcymbals.com.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to complaints fairly and promptly.

Governing law

These terms and the operation of the draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to eligible entrants elsewhere in Great Britain.
