These terms and conditions apply to prize draws operated by Collingwood Cymbals, Unit 16, Douglas Road Industrial Park, Bristol, BS15 8PD, United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).
By entering a prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Clap Stack Prize Draw — July 2026
The prize is one handmade Collingwood Cymbals Clap Stack (9"/11"/13").
The photographs and video used to promote the draw show a representative Collingwood Cymbals Clap Stack. The prize will be a newly handmade Clap Stack of the same type. As each is individually handmade, there may be small variations in appearance and sound.
The prize will be awarded regardless of the number of paid entries received.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Paid online entry is available worldwide, except where participation in this type of prize draw would be prohibited or restricted by applicable local law. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that they are legally permitted to participate.
The free postal entry route is available to UK residents.
The Promoter reserves the right to require reasonable evidence of an entrant's age, identity, residence or eligibility before awarding a prize.
Employees or anyone directly involved in administering the draw are not eligible to enter.
Paid entries cost £5 per entry.
Entrants may purchase multiple entries in a single transaction.
Following successful payment, each entry will be allocated a unique entry number. Entry numbers will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.
An entry is only valid once payment has been successfully completed and the entry has been recorded by the Promoter.
Online entries close at 23:59 BST on 31 July 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

Postal entries must be sent using ordinary First or Second Class post.
Each postal item constitutes one entry. Multiple postal entries are permitted, but each entry must be submitted separately.
No additional payment is required by the Promoter for postal entry. The entrant is responsible only for the normal cost of sending their entry.
Postal entries must be postmarked no later than 31 July 2026.
Qualifying postal entries received after the closing date will still be included provided they were postmarked by the deadline and arrive before the draw takes place.
Each valid postal entry will be allocated a unique entry number and entered into the same pool as paid entries. Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning.
The draw will not take place until sufficient time has been allowed for qualifying First and Second Class postal entries to arrive.
This structure reflects the Gambling Commission requirement that a free route be genuinely available, at normal communication cost, prominently offered alongside the paid route, and treated identically when the winner is determined.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid paid and free entries.
Every valid entry number will have an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether the entry was made online or by post.
The selection will be made using a random process after the postal clearance period has ended.
The Promoter will retain a record of the entries and the result of the draw so that the selection can be verified.
Current government good-practice guidance recommends either independent supervision or a computer process producing verifiably random and auditable results.
The winner will be contacted using the details supplied with their entry.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age and eligibility before the prize is dispatched.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified by the Promoter, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Worldwide shipping of the prize is included free of charge.
Where the prize is delivered outside the United Kingdom, any local import duties, taxes, customs charges or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter will not cancel the draw, change the closing date or reduce the value of the advertised prize simply because an insufficient number of paid entries has been received.
If circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it impossible to conduct the draw or supply the advertised prize, the Promoter may make such changes as are reasonably necessary and will communicate any material change clearly.
That approach also follows current DCMS good-practice guidance, which says operators should not cancel, extend or reduce a prize because of low ticket sales.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted in breach of these terms, or otherwise reasonably considered invalid.
Attempts to interfere with the operation or fairness of the draw may result in disqualification.
The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the draw and eligibility of entries will be reasonable and made in good faith.
Personal information supplied in connection with the draw will be used to administer the draw, allocate entries, contact entrants where necessary and deliver the prize to the winner.
Entering the draw does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
The winner may be asked whether they are happy for their name, photograph or other details to be used in publicity relating to the draw.
Any additional publicity requiring the winner's personal information or image will be subject to their agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or otherwise not received due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, subject to the specific provision above allowing appropriately postmarked postal entries time to arrive.
These terms and conditions and the operation of the draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to entrants in other jurisdictions.
