Shipping

All cymbals are sent with full tracking supplied and extra insurance available on request.

All local import charges, taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Full shipping costs are payable in the case of custom-commissioned original Collingwood Cymbals, and the return of modified / repaired cymbals. This will be quoted clearly in correspondence regarding job costing.

Returns Policy

All Collingwood Cymbals are covered by a 14-day grace period, meaning any cymbal can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt should the cymbal not be suitable, for whatever reason.

The customer is to contact me first within the grace period, and must pay return postage and any applicable import charges, taxes etc. All cymbals will be inspected for signs of abuse / damage and refund issued should it satisfy this inspection.

---

All original Collingwood Cymbals are covered by a 12-month guarantee against damage caused by manufacturing flaws, from date of purchase.

Any customer wishing to return a cymbal for inspection should contact me first to discuss the damage, and the options for refund or repair.

In the case of unique original Collingwood Cymbals, an exact replacement won't be possible. In which case we will discuss options for refund, repair, or credit against next purchase.

If the cymbal shows signs of abuse, mishandling (e.g. being dropped), or misuse (e.g. excessive playing force), the cymbal will not be covered and will be returned at customer's expense.

If the cymbal is older than the 12-month warranty period, I'm happy to discuss options for reduced price repairs, assuming no signs of abuse etc. as detailed above.
